International business services

The “National Employment Center” has moved quickly into the international market with an exciting partnership with one of the world’s largest providers of offshore Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services to the Global Recruitment Market.

As a UK and USA managed company, OS2i supports Recruiters and other Hiring Professionals by unburdening them of the non-core or non-consultative elements with their Recruitment Process.

Operating a hybrid onshore-offshore business model, OS2i's Recruitment Outsourcing facility is based in India and supported by offices in the UK and USA. The dual-shore model allows OS2i to deliver Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services at offshore rates while guaranteeing onshore quality and accountability.

National Employment Center/OS2i will fundamentally transform your Recruitment Process by delivering real improvements and by reducing resource driven operating costs by 50% to 70%.

The National Employment Center will provide OS2i with very competitive outsourced services in South Africa for clients and companies in South Africa, the UK , USA and other countries.

National Employment Center is very excited about the opportunities South Africa can offer to the world in outsourcing and contracted services; we are finally starting to become a very strong information based country, with large international companies seeing South Africa as a very good, long term investment country. The world over, South Africans are also renowned for their excellent work ethics and delivery of services.

Regan George, Managing Director of OS2i and Alan Visser of National Employment Center are very optimistic about the partnership and it was a natural step for the two companies to work together.  The two companies are looking forward to working closely together to help develop and grow a brand that will remain at the forefront of these exciting global services.

OS2i open an Executive Search Research Facility in South Africa

19/01/2006 10:49:00

In continuation of our strategy to be the worlds leading provider of offshore, low-cost high quality Resourcing & Research Process Outsourcing services to the global recruitment industry, OS2i have opened an Executive Research facility in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Regan George M.D. of OS2i says “the offshore resourcing services we currently provide to our UK and USA clients from our Indian facility have certain limitations. Searching through Job Board CV databases, screening advertising response, under taking basic screening calls and other low level resourcing activities works very well from India. However high level name generation, executive profiling and other head hunting services are best suited to country more in tune with western culture!”

“Our Johannesburg office will work with UK & USA Executive Search companies,
in-house Executive Search functions and other Executive Research organisations who want to outsource name generation and candidate profiling research.”

“Whilst not the “low cost” destination of India, South African salaries are on average 35% to 40% less than the UK and USA. South Africa possesses a large number of
dynamic English speakers, who are well educated, culturally in tune and is virtually in the same time zone as the UK. These benefits made South Africa the logical alternative to India and ideal for Executive Research”

Being based in South Africa will allow us to charge 40% to 50% less than UK and USA executive research firms.

OS2i’s South African office will be headed up by Alan Visser who has over ten years experience within global Executive Research, Search & Selection.
